You will notice your compensation patterns and learn how to move, breathe, and get in sync with your body. When you improve your movement and breathing, you feel stronger in your yoga practice and everything you do in your life off the mat.

*Please note that it will be different from a regular yoga practice. It will be unique and therapeutic, yet powerful. Together, let’s elevate the vibration in our body and mind.

 

Recommended props:

  • Blankets
  • Blocks (thick books)
  • Bolster (pillow)
  • Chair
  • Wall
  • Strap (tie or towel)
  • Tennis ball
  • Foam roller
  • Anything else you will need to be comfortable

If you are unable to attend your Confirmed Booking, please keep our cancellation policy in mind:


*Early Cancellation: Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before session may reschedule without a penalty.

*Late Cancellation: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show: Late Arrival will receive treatment for the remaining time of booking. Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show will not be refunded.
