Wakefulness Wednesday

Join me online to energize your body and mind on Wakefulness Wednesday.

This well-rounded yet simple 45-minutes practice will guide you into relaxation, flexibility and strength that will energize your body and mind.

The postures will invite you to be more aware of your body and your mind to be still and present moment. Pranayama, breathing techniques and meditation are integrated. This magical lunch hour yoga break will revitalize, balance and energize.


Recommended props:

      • Blankets
      • Blocks (thick books)
      • Strap (tie or towel)
      • Tennis ball
      • Foam roller
      • Anything else you will need to be comfortable

If you are unable to attend your Confirmed Booking, please keep our cancellation policy in mind:

*Early Cancellation: Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more before session may reschedule without a penalty.

*Late Cancellation: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.

Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show: Late Arrival will receive treatment for the remaining time of booking. Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show will not be refunded.
