The beautiful gift of breath centered practice is to help our mind think differently and remind us that we can be much more effective when we maintain our center. Peak poses include Chair pose, Pyramid pose, Warrior series, Triangle, Twisted chair pose, Dancer, Reverse half-moon pose and Dolphin pose.
