A slow Vinyasa practice helps you to see where you are, let go of the things that need to go, and helps to be groundless, so we can find a sense of inner strength and resilience. This practice begins with a gentle sequence on the back and includes some core work and standing poses. It finishes with brief breath work followed by Savasana. Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show: Late Arrival will receive treatment for the remaining time of booking. Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show will not be refunded.
