“The way to make the universe laugh is by showing up with a plan” Sometimes we come to the mat full of plans. This practice is focused on targeting hamstring areas, however let’s practice in a loose plan with less attachment to the outcome and be more present with yourself. *Late Cancellation: Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show: Late Arrival will receive treatment for the remaining time of booking. Late Arrival/ No Cancel/ No Show will not be refunded.
