Description
We’re going through and experiencing a lot of changes right now. But today’s normal could be different tomorrow. Unknowing is more constant than knowing. In this class, the aim is to cultivate support using the body, breath, ground, props, and etc while we’re moving through gentle flow. Peak poses include Standing leg spread, Warrior I, Humble warrior, Modified triangle and some back bending poses, and Supported shoulder stand.
